Safeguarding boundary

Clear support, clear limits.

This service provides general digital safety guidance. It does not replace emergency services, school safeguarding teams, medical professionals, legal advice, police or statutory child-protection services.

What we help with

Plain-English steps for device settings, social platforms, gaming, reporting routes, family conversations and evidence preservation.

What we refuse

Hacking, spyware, covert surveillance, impersonation, doxxing, threats, analysing explicit child images or legal/medical conclusions.

Escalation first

For immediate danger, contact emergency services. For UK exploitation concerns, use CEOP and preserve evidence without confronting suspected offenders.
